Pricing Policy

Unpredictable weather and harvest conditions may affect our fresh seafood supplies. We make every effort to maintain our current prices, but increases in fuel and transportation charges may cause temporary and/or permanent price adjustments without prior notice.

Delivery

Please make sure to arrange delivery when someone will be available to receive the package. However, if no one is available to sign for the package, the delivery service may leave the package at their discretion and LoCo To Go cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or spoiled food. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or P.O. boxes. We deliver to the continental U.S. only. Incorrect addresses incur additional charges. Inclement weather may result in delays without notice.

Shipping via UPS

Packages ship via UPS with dry ice and arrive within 1-3 business days. Dry ice may freeze fresh food during transit. Orders ship every Tuesday and Wednesday for delivery by Friday.  Orders placed before 9am on Tuesday ship Tuesday; orders placed between 9am Tuesday and 9am Wednesday will ship Wednesday, and orders placed after 9am Wednesday will ship the following Tuesday.  Special request for different shipping days and expedited shipping must be emailed to locotogo@thecrabshack.com and additional shipping fees may apply.

Please note:
All packages are packed with dry ice. As a safeguard, DO NOT TOUCH THE DRY ICE! Make contact with only its outer packaging. Dry ice may be evaporated at time of package delivery. Depending on the product’s water content and proximity to the dry ice, it is possible that some fresh items, but not all, will be frozen upon arrival. For best results, products can be frozen or kept frozen though we recommend cooking frozen product within 30 days.
